Publishing
Music Publishing
Throughout my experiences both at Sarah Lawrence College and Mills College, I have met musicians, photographers, poets, writers, and filmmakers who feel overwhelmed when faced with the realities of copyrighting their works, collecting their royalties, and interfacing with consumers in order to sell their art. I have spent over three years as my own publisher, learning the intricacies of PROs, licensing, and royalties.
Recording and Mixing
The easiest way to mix is starting with a quality recording. I graduated from Mills College with my MFA in electronic music and recording media in 2020, and have many years of experience of working with both analog and digital systems in recording and mixing studios from New York to California. I believe in a creative mixing process, including thoughtful stereo placement and sensitivity to both dynamic contrast and environmental listening factors.
Composition and Arrangement
My composition debut was in 2011 at Texas State University, with a French art song, “Une Petite Graine.” I have made music for chamber ensembles, choreography, film, and improvisational groups. My compositional style is eclectic - ranging from thematic strings, to experimental electronic songs featuring vocal techniques and self-coded synthesizers, to emotive and vulnerable acoustic vocal works. Recently I’ve been focusing on EDM collabs.
